  Worst insurance We've ever had! We have had this insurance for 1.5 years. In that time we have recieved 5 MVA letters at different times saying we need to send proof of insurance or our tags will be suspended. We pay on time up front 6 months at a time so I'm not sure who isn't doing thier job but someone isn't. Each time we have to call the office and nag them to get the situation taken care of, and each time they apologize and say it won't happen again. :( It happened at christmas and this time (while we were in Hawaii) we recieved a notice and a suspension! This is NOT what we should have to deal with for being customers who pay on time and have great records! My husband has a perfect driving record and got into his FIRST fender bender EVER this year. It was completely the other guys fault. We had tickets to a Ravens game a missed the game :(. The office was not helpful at all. Very unprofessional. Being that it was my husband first time he wasn;'t sure what to do. They said they would send a tow truck and NEVER did he sat in the rain and called around to find his own as we missed the game.We did all the leg work on our own. They never followed up or called us to check or speak about anything we had to call them weekly and ask about the case an where it stood! (it still isnt resovled and has been 7 months)I felt like we did had no help and no one looking out for us! I say find another agent who has your best interest at work. We can't wait to switch back to progressive. Basically-- this office is a mess. I'm not sure how they have so many great reviews.(seems funnny that they are all 5's and all in the same time period) I should add that I have a jewlery policy with them and when i lost a diamond earring tracey took care of it in a timely professional manner. 5 stars for her and the division.

  Went in as usual for cigarettes before work, the usual lady pulled them for me and the girl she wad training carded me, would not sell them to me, I'm 50! Why couldn't other lady vouch for me?

• Review of "Commons at White Marsh Apartments" at Middle River

  Maintenance is horrible, staff is horrible, my plumbing is horrible!!!! The washer backs up onto my kitchen floor every couple of months, as does the toilet. The kitchen sink also backs up. Today I have water and spaghetti noodles all over my kitchen floor. I never eat spaghetti ( I actually despise it),and I haven't been home to run my kitchen sink in 2 days. I pay close to $1,000 a month in rent, and this apartment is literally trash. I can't wait to move. They keep showing this property off to investors, but it has become a dump. No one wants this property, which is overrun by Section 8 tenants. I'm tired of spending money to live like I'm in poverty. It was affordable, and allowed me to save some money, but you really do get what you pay for.

  This school is amazing i graduated from here and also from middle school this school is fun its always events ,things to do ,field trips and more the teachers are very nice i never saw or heard of a fight from here this is the best school everrrrrr the students are nice and no bullying everything about his school is perfect the neighborhood is perfect very cool school
